I’m back from an incredible journey aboard Jam Cruise, and I couldn’t wait to share the magic with you all. From moonlit ceremonies to unexpected encounters, it was a whirlwind of excitement and discovery.
Picture this: under the full moon, we gathered on deck, ready to release our worries and fears into a virtual fire. With each flicker of the flames, we felt lighter, as if shedding the burdens of everyday life. It was a powerful reminder of the transformative power of letting go.
Teaching yoga against the backdrop of live music was an absolute dream come true. With Ryan Montbleau’s tunes filling the air, we flowed and moved, finding peace and connection in the rhythm of the music.
But the real magic happened off the mat – in the moments of connection and serendipity. Meeting Leah Taylor in person was a highlight of the trip. Who knew that after recording dozens of podcasts together, we’d end up as roomies, sharing laughs and deep conversations long into the night?
