Smoothie bowls are gifts from heaven. Chock full of all things good for you that make you vibrate at an insanely high level. After you eat this you won’t ever be the same. Try it an let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen and peeled banana
- 1/2 cup of water or milk
- 2 handfuls of greens (spinach/kale)
- 1 kiwi
- 1/4 avocado
- Optional toppings: chia seeds, granola, sliced fruit, nuts, berries, seeds
Directions:
- Put on this song and dance while you make it
- Place frozen banana, water/milk, greens, avocado, and some love in the blender and blend until smooth. Should be thicker than a smoothie.
- Scoop out of blender and put the mixture in a bowl.
- Top with your toppings. Take time to arrange them in a beautiful and intuitive way. Make your bowl a beautiful work of art.
- Before you eat it, put your hands on your heart and take three deep breaths. Say three things you are grateful for in this moment. Put some extra loving vibes into your food. Thank the farmers for growing the food, the truck drivers for delivering, the people working at the stores, and everyone involved in this bowl being in front of you right now. Then dive in!!!
