During this episode of Tuesdays with Me (Taraleigh) I show you how to make a smoothie that will cool your ass down.
Cool Your Ass Down Cilantro Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup water
3 ice cubes
Handful of greens
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 banana
1/4 cup pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1 tbsp coconut oil
Dash of peppermint oil (or use a handful of fresh mint)
Optional sweetener: Raw local honey or maple syrup
A dash of music. Recommendation: Ryan Montbleau’s Dead Set off his album “For Higher”
Directions
Place all the items in the blender. Increase speed until completely blended. Dance. Enjoy. Dance some more.
