I hope this finds you shining bright and feeling like the rockstar you are! I just wanted to start by saying thank you – thank you for your unwavering support and enthusiasm. You guys are the reason I keep doing what I do, and I’m so honored to have you all in my corner.
I’m sharing this with you because I believe vulnerability is the birthplace of true connection. So, here goes… Leaving the online coaching world after 18 years feels like a divorce from a part of myself. It’s like I’m grieving the loss of the one I thought I was supposed to be. The one who was ‘successful’ and ‘making a difference’. But the truth is, I’ve been feeling suffocated by the very thing that once brought me so much joy. The pressure to constantly produce content, the endless stream of notifications, the feeling of being a ‘guru’ instead of a human… it was all slowly draining my creativity and my soul. And so, I’ve made the terrifying decision to let go of the identity I’ve built for nearly two decades.
It’s like I’m standing naked in front of the world, wondering who I am without this title, this role, this sense of purpose.

But here’s the golden nugget I want to share with you: sometimes, the most liberating thing you can do is let go of who you think you’re supposed to be, and embrace who you truly are. For me, that means trading in my coaching hat for a microphone and a stage, and seeing where the music takes me. It’s scary, but it’s also exhilarating. And I hope you’ll join me on this journey, as we explore what it means to be truly alive.
You see, I’ve been feeling called to focus on what truly ignites my soul – in-person experiences and retreats and my music with The Middle Ages! It’s like my heart is screaming at me to create something real, something raw, something that connects us all on a deeper level. And so, I’m taking a leap of faith and following my passion, no matter how uncertain it may seem. Because here’s the thing: the only way to truly find your purpose and passion is to listen to your intuition, even when it’s whispering something that terrifies you. So, I’m choosing to trust myself, trust the universe, and trust that the music will guide me where I need to go. And I hope you’ll join me on this journey, as we create something beautiful together.
I’m bursting with excitement to share some new developments with you!
The Middle Ages live shows are about to get a whole lot more trippy and immersive, thanks to my new looper and machine. I can’t wait for you to experience the magic we’re creating! And speaking of magic, have you heard about the Wild Woman Retreat happening this weekend with the incredible Hayley Jane? It’s going to be a truly special gathering, and I feel so grateful to be a part of it. The connections we make and the memories we create at these retreats stay with us long after the event is over.
Looking ahead, I’ve got some more amazing events in store for us! This winter (Jan 2025), embrace your inner child and have some serious fun at the PLAY! Retreat. You’ll relax, recharge, and just enjoy each other’s company in a beautiful villa in Las Terrenas, DR.

And for all my Golden Girls fans out there, we’re going to have a blast at our Golden Girls Summer Retreat in New England – think cheesecake, mumus, and sassy one-liners galore! And finally, I’m thrilled to be a part of Roots Rock Revival in Woodstock, NY, where I’ll be leading yoga, sound trips (using my new loop machine), and mindfulness sessions with some incredible musicians and friends. Leave a comment and let me know which of these events you’d like to know more about and I’ll get right back to you with the deets.
Thank you again for being part of this journey. You are the reason I keep shining, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us all!
Rock on, my friend!
