Last week on my Instagram I shared a video of the hubs and I eating these amazingly delicious veggie burgers. I got lots of requests for the recipe so here it is.
Ingredients:
- Pre-cooked veggie burger patty (we used Dr.Praegers)
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 pieces iceberg lettuce
- Optional slices of cheese or vegan cheese
- 1 pickle chopped into tiny pieces
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp French dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Put on this song and dance while you make the burger.
- Make the sauce by combining the mayo, dressing, chopped onion and pickle, vinegar, and salt in a tiny bowl.
- Assemble the burger adding sauce to each one
- If you want to melt the cheese, place in a toaster until cheese has melted.
