The YAY is that your brain can change. You have the means to purposefully change your mind by forming new neural pathways. Woah!
You hold the power to create your own consciousness. Woo!
That is unless you choose to go on autopilot and continue patterns that aren’t working for ya. Boo.
When you’re operating on autopilot, you interpret what’s happening in your life in a way that is in alignment with your existing beliefs, fears, hopes, and dreams. This makes it extremely difficult to do things differently. Your behavior will reflect self-fulfilling prophesies of your mindset. So when you’re not living your life with intention, your judgments, delusions, memories, thoughts, feelings, fears, hopes, and dreams won’t change.
When you choose to start to create with conscious intention, you will be present to every moment which will allow your beliefs, fears, hopes, and dreams to change based on new information. This means that new and different thoughts and feelings will come out to play, which also means that you’ll have more of what you want. Yay!
And then you can autopilot the crap outta that while you intentionally bring in even more amazing stuff into your life. Aka creating your reality.
