I use affirmations as a tool to create what I want to create and to feel how I want to feel in the moment. Here are three for you to try on for size. You can say them out loud or to yourself. You can say them one time, three times, or 108 times. You can say them just today. You can say them every day. You can say them once a day. You can say them three times a day or more. All I ask is that you stop what you’re doing and say them right now, see how you feel after, and then decide if you want to keep using them.
