Excitement quickly turned to extreme disappointment when Phish Riviera Maya was sold out in minutes. All my friends were in through one connection or another and my husband and I were out. We tried calling in all kinds of favors to no avail.
I felt desperate.
I spent my time joining every Facebook group and perused Twitter looking for help. I was becoming frustrated, annoyed and frankly a bit jealous of my friends.
About a month went by like this and it did not look hopeful. One day on Twitter I saw a link with the the hashtags Phish and manifesting. I actually don’t follow Twitter often and never watched a Periscope (Periscope is a platform where anyone can broadcast life from anywhere in the world) in my life but figured what the heck. I tuned in and saw a bright spirit coaching her followers through ways to relax, breathe and make things happen in their lives and in this case she was showing them how to score tickets for Phish New Year’s Eve.
I decided to take the strategies and follow them and you know what, my anxiety went down and my hyper focus on finding ways to get to Mexico went away. I accepted my situation while simultaneously dreaming and trying to feel what it would feel like to be there. I looked for numerical signs and I let the jealousy and hurt go.
Guess what?!?! We got called off the wait-list in December and were going to be headed to Phish Riviera Maya in January. While there we seized the day and had the time of our lives.

I believed it would happen and it did!
Thank you Taraleigh for the positive vibes you put into the universe. I am going to apply my new found skills to the ups and downs called life!
