Better Than a Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

I’m back on the smoothie recipe train and this time I made one that tastes like a peanut butter cup. One of the reasons it’s so good is because I made it with love to the sounds of Moe.’s Rebubula and drank it from a glass that said,”I want to be on you.”

Ingredients:

1 cup greens (kale, chard, spinach)

1 banana

2 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew)

5 figs or dates

1 cupish milk (unsweetened coconut, hemp, soy or real milk)

Optional chia seeds

Directions:

Blend until smooth

If using a vitamix, start at 1. Move to 10. Bump it up to high until smooth.

Drink it and have the best day ever!
